Only with the consent of the future hotel guests, the user may enter their names and surnames in the Room Distribution section. Such information, which will allow the chosen hotel to provide a better service to its guests, is optional, so that its provision by the user, implies, under his sole responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform those of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to the provision of personal information.
DATA PROCESSING IN NAVIGATION
In accordance with the obligation provided for in article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOTEL
Access to the page does not in any way imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. PRICES
The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT.
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.
The price does not include: Any service not specified in addition to extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.
Check-in and check-out time as a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, the rooms may be used from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
All travellers, without exception (including children), must carry their personal and family documentation, either passport or ID card, in accordance with current legislation. They will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that the same may be requested by any authority. If any authority refuses to grant visas, for particular reasons of the user, or is denied entry into the country for lack of the requirements that are demanded, or by default in the required documentation, or for not being a carrier of the same, the hotel disclaims all responsibility for facts of this nature, being on behalf of the consumer any expense that may arise, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show.
