1. Access to and use of the Company’s Website shall be subject to these general conditions. The use in all the Web pages of ownership of the company supposes the full acceptance by the User of all the General Conditions of Use in force at every moment in which the user accesses the same.

All the contents of the company’s web pages are subject to the regulations on Intellectual and/or Industrial Property. The rights over the contents correspond to the company or to third parties in its case. 5. Privacy Policy

When a person registers on the company’s website, his or her personal data will be included in an automated personal data file created by the company under its own responsibility, for the purpose of maintaining and managing the relationship with the User, as well as for information, research, statistics, training and marketing purposes, and for carrying out promotional and advertising activities for both the products, services or activities related to the company. The company undertakes to pass on these personal data only to the entities of its Group of companies for the purposes indicated above. The User gives his consent so that the company can use his Internet navigation data in order to send him, from the browser and/or the additional software module, information and advertising from the company to his internal messaging address.

The company informs the user about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data collected by the company in accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and other development regulations. These rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation may be exercised by the User, and where appropriate, his or her representative, by means of a written and signed request addressed to the following address This request must contain the following data: name and surname of the User, address for the purpose of notifications, photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport, and the request in which the request is specified. In the case of representation, proof of representation must be provided in the form of an attestation.

If a User subsequently wishes to revoke his or her consent to receive commercial information via e-mail or by any other similar or equivalent means, he or she may do so by sending an e-mail to euromarplaya@organizaciónlozano.es.  La empresa  se compromete al cumplimiento de su obligación de secreto de los datos de carácter personal y de su deber de guardarlos, y adoptará las medidas necesarias para evitar su alteración, pérdida, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado, de acuerdo con lo establecido por la normativa vigente en cada momento.  La empresa informa de que no realiza comprobaciones sobre la veracidad de los datos, por lo que se atendrá, en cada caso, a los datos introducidos por el Usuario, sean veraces o no.

6. COOKIES

Asimismo,  la empresa informa a los Usuarios de la posible colocación de “cookies” a lo largo de la navegación en el ordenador de los Usuarios, de forma que al navegar por las páginas web, se podría llegar a reconocer automáticamente, entre otros, la dirección IP del ordenador de los Usuarios y otros posibles datos de navegación. El uso de cookies, sólo lo será a efectos de mantenimiento de la sesión de navegación. En ningún caso almacenan datos de carácter personal. Si los Usuarios no quisieran admitir la cookie, deberán eliminar esta posibilidad en las opciones de Usuario de su propio navegador. No obstante lo anterior  la empresa no se hace responsable de las irregularidades que la no admisión de la cookie pueda generar durante su navegación por sus páginas web.

7. Registro de visitas

En cada acceso al servidor de la empresa se recogerá la dirección IP desde la que navega el usuario y se registrará el mismo, así como las páginas que visite de la empresa . Estos datos serán almacenados en un archivo LOG con fines estadísticos y para determinar el número de páginas vistas en la empresa.

The company does not market, nor does it previously control, nor does it make its own the contents, services and information available on these web pages, and is not responsible for them or for the information and statements included in them.

The company is not responsible either for the damages of any kind that could derive from the access, maintenance, use, quality, legality, reliability and usefulness of the contents, information, communications, statements, products and services existing or offered in the web pages not managed by itself.

The company reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to temporarily suspend access to its website and to make any changes it deems appropriate to the site, the services or information offered, the presentation or location of the same and the conditions of access and use of the company’s website. All information received on this website will be considered transferred to the company free of charge. E-mail will not be considered as a valid means of filing a complaint.
